Good hotel with its fine beach access, friendly staff, and delicious food. On my first visit, they even offered me a hot drink in the cold! I'm excited to return for Christmas.

The feeling of privacy, relaxation and remoteness was just what we needed after a hectic time in Bangkok and Phuket. The staff are wonderful and we would definitely stay at Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort on our next visit to Thailand.

Very nice place, seaside, beach view, white sand, nice bungalows, relaxing atmosphere, quiet.
There is only the restaurant of the hotel for food and drinks, they charge quite high prices even for simple food and basic drinks. The hotel offers 1/2 day and full day boat trip tour which are 2 to 3 times more expensive than what is available in the main village (tonsai pier) of Koh Phi Phi. They are really overcharging the services they offer, while the price of the room is correct but not cheap.

Hotel is located in a beautiful beach, excellent for snorkelling, with perfect coral. The hotel has its own beach away from the crowds. Excellent for relaxing. The way to the view point through the interior of the jungle is great fun (although a bit sweaty). The hotel also organizes very nice tours at a good price.
The price of the taxi boats between the pier and the hotel. Don't find reasonable that the 1st taxi boat (at arrival) from the pier to the hotel and the return one (when leaving) should be paid.

Special low cost hotel for 4 nights in Phi Phi Islands. Nice little and brand-new rooms with fan and cool shower and fridges, and attentive personnel. Quiet location when traveling to Phi Phi Islands. The restaurant was fantastic, for mediocre food🙂

This resort is located on an excellent spot on the island if you prefer being away from all the tourists. They offer nice bungalows at the beach. Electricity and WiFi is available from 6 p.m-6 a.m. Nice restaurant with good food. Contrary to what Bookings tells us, the hotel does offer facilities for breakfast, lunch and dining.
To our opinion the hotel staff (escpecially the man behind the bar and the lady from the reception) have a kind of "never mind" mentality. The barman finds it more important to eat his food behind the bar than serving his 4 guests who were waiting for a drink. We were really flabbergasted he let all of us waiting.. Their attitude is that guest will come anyway.... I would only recommend this hotel because of it's location, not because of their hospitality!

Considering the non sense crowd in high season in the island and therefore the crowded beach opossite to the pier, this hotel is a good option. It is nice, good for couples and families and with an atmosphere full of nature. Good for swiming, snorkeling and hiking.
I didn't like that they are not relly willing to answer questions. The staff that didn't speak much of english were really nice but the people speaking english were in the best cases not very helpful. They answered everything with an "yes yes yes yes" like meaning "please don't ask, just go". After the check in we told one of them we were from Colombia, and he started to make really heavy comments about war and drugs, something I don't expect as a guest in a hotel. I have to stand this kind of comments always I meet somoeone (i.e. I am used to it), but this were the less polite comments I had to stand ever. Not the most expensive in Phi Phi to eat but since you are trapped there you have to pay 150-300 p/person each way to go to the town.

The rooms are very basic but nice. The shower has only cold water, which can be refreshing on a hot day. The porches are quite large and good for lounging. There is a trail that goes into town but it takes about 60-90 minutes and is quite steep. There are a number of lovely views at the top of the hill. The snorkeling is decent when the tide is in but be careful of the urchins and biting fish.
When the power comes on 6PM every evening the sounds of the jungle and ocean are replaced by a roaring generator until 6AM. We were in the fourth row of bungalows so the sound may not be as loud in ones closer to the beach. The food and service at the restaurant were poor. Unfortunately, that restaurant is your only dining option. As others have posted food poisoning seems to be fairly common. Two of the nights we heard people vomiting and one night my travel partner was sick. However, I didn't get sick. I attribute that to only eating rice during our stay. When the tide is out the beach smells like sewage. The bathroom has no door and has large openings to the outside which allow critters to get in.

The Beach Front Bungalow was pretty cozy, right by the water. Loved waking up to the sound of waves and the monkeys nearby. It felt super private and relaxing. Just wish there were more shaded areas. It got a bit hot. A peaceful stay close to nature.

There was variety of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Its service was excellent. The hotel location was stunning by the harbour. Besides, we were next to the beautiful beach and nature, right on the beach, and resort-shop, bar, laundry, trips, massages.
We didn't like the bed, it was a little hard.
